Know when the doctor will see you.

Book an hour-long OPD window, follow the token queue from home, and walk in when it's nearly your turn. Not at 9 AM with everyone else.

We give you an hour, not a minute.

Some consultations take five minutes, some take twenty, and emergencies never book. So the doctor's OPD is split into hour-long windows with a set number of places, while walk-in and emergency places stay with the doctor. Pick a window on the dial.

Tap an open window on the dial or in the list to book a place.

If the doctor's day changes, the red marker moves:

As the doctor calls the next patient and finishes each visit, your screen moves with the line. You see the token in the room, how many people are ahead of you, and roughly how long that means.

Availability is declared, never guessed.

A doctor appears as available only if they switched it on themselves: available now, or until a set time.

Six things OPflow will never do.

Written down so patients, doctors and our own team can hold us to them.

  • Rule 01Never

We won't promise you an exact time.

You get an hour-long window and a live estimate that admits it's an estimate.

  • Rule 02Never

We won't list a doctor as available unless they said so.

Urgent-care listings come only from what doctors and hospitals declare.

  • Rule 03Never

    We won't diagnose you.

Symptom search points you to a kind of doctor. Medical decisions stay with the doctor.

  • Rule 04Never

We won't confirm a booking before the payment clears.

Every payment is verified on our servers. Failed ones can be retried; doubles are refunded.

  • Rule 05Never

We won't show your details to people who shouldn't see them.

Patients see only their own bookings. Doctors see only their own patients.

  • Rule 06Never

We won't make doctors take every patient online.

Walk-ins stay. The doctor sets the split, every day if they like.

One app. A portal for patients, another for doctors.

Patients sign in with their mobile number. Doctors sign in with the OPD ID and password the OPflow team gives them, in the same app or on the OPflow doctor website from a computer. OPflow works in English and Telugu.

Things people ask us.

Will I be seen at an exact time?

No, and nobody honest can promise that in an OPD. You book an hour-long window, and the app keeps your estimate updated from the doctor's live queue.

What happens if the doctor is running late?

The clinic updates the delay and you see it straight away, for example “about 20 minutes late”, so you can leave home later instead of waiting at the hospital.

Can I still walk in without booking?

Yes. Every doctor keeps places for walk-ins and emergencies. OPflow only manages the places the doctor chooses to open for online booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

No, but you can reschedule it once, free, up to 2 hours before your window, to any open window with the same doctor. If the doctor or hospital cancels, you get a 100% refund automatically.

Does OPflow tell me what's wrong with me?

No. Symptom search only points you to the right kind of doctor. If something could be life-threatening, call 112 or 108, or go to the nearest emergency department.

I'm a doctor. What does it take to get started?

Write to info@opflow.in or call us. The OPflow team verifies your qualifications and medical registration and sets up your account, then gives you an OPD ID and password. You set your OPD days, hours and patients per hour in the app or on the doctor website, and patients can start booking.

How does OPflow suggest the right doctor?

Choose the type of doctor you need and pay ₹99 once. OPflow suggests up to three doctors near you, based on their qualifications, experience, training, areas of practice and private feedback from patients who visited them, and explains why for each one. Doctors can never pay to be suggested. You're only asked to pay when there are doctors to suggest, and it's a recommendation, not a guarantee of treatment outcome.

How do I pay?

Online, through our payment partner Cashfree Payments: UPI, cards or net banking. Your booking is confirmed only after we check the payment on our side. If a payment fails but money is taken, it comes back automatically.

I use an iPhone. Can I use OPflow?

Yes. Until the App Store app is out, open opflow-alpha.vercel.app in Safari. It works like the app, including payments and the live line. OPflow works in English and Telugu.

Where is OPflow available?

We're starting small: one doctor, then one clinic, then a few more, so we learn how real OPDs run before opening widely. Clinics near you will appear in the app as they join.
